Privacy Policy

Amiseq, Inc.

Effective Date: July 6, 2026

Protecting your privacy is a priority for Amiseq, Inc. (“Amiseq,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit amiseq.com or any related Amiseq-branded digital property (collectively, the “Site”), or when you engage with our content, assessments, webinars, or other marketing materials (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Site or Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy governs Amiseq's website and marketing activities. It does not govern the separate terms of any signed client engagement, Master Service Agreement, or Statement of Work, which address data handling directly with each client and take precedence for that engagement.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Contact and identity information you provide directly, such as your name, business email address, company name, job title, and phone number, when you submit a form, request an assessment, register for a webinar, or subscribe to updates.
  • Business context information you choose to share, such as details about your organization's technology environment, security posture, or operational challenges, when requesting a consultation or assessment.
  • Automatically collected information, including IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring website, and general location, gathered through standard web analytics tools.

We do not collect payment or billing information through the Site. Billing and payment terms for client engagements are handled directly under a signed agreement.

We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide or that is generated through your use of the Site. You are not required to provide information to browse the Site, but certain information is required to submit forms, request assessments, or receive materials.

How We Use Your Information

Amiseq uses the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and deliver requested content, assessments, or consultations
  • Schedule and prepare for meetings or engagements you request
  • Understand which services and content are relevant to you
  • Improve our Site, content, and Services
  • Send updates about Amiseq services, insights, and events, where you have not opted out

We may aggregate or anonymize information so that it no longer identifies you, and use that aggregated data for analytics, reporting, and to improve our Site and Services.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

Amiseq does not sell, rent, or trade personal information collected through the Site.

We work with a limited number of third-party service providers who support our operations, such as website hosting, analytics, email delivery, scheduling, and customer relationship management tools. These providers process personal information on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

References on our Site to technology partners such as Databricks, Microsoft, or other platform providers describe tools Amiseq may deploy as part of client engagements. Mentioning a partner on the Site does not mean that partner receives your website data; personal information is shared with such partners only where relevant to a specific client engagement and governed by that engagement's terms.

We may disclose personal information without notice if required to do so by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal process, protect the rights or property of Amiseq, or act in urgent circumstances to protect the safety of users or the public.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to support functionality and understand how visitors use our content. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a web server. Cookies cannot run programs or deliver viruses to your device.

You can choose to accept or decline cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers accept cookies by default, but you can usually modify your settings to decline them. If you decline cookies, some features of the Site may not function as intended.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

Security of Your Information

Amiseq takes reasonable measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, including administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your information, and the right to opt out of marketing communications.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@amiseq.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
