At Amiseq, we transcend the boundaries of a traditional IT services organization. We are original thinkers, helping our clients imagine “What if it is possible?” Our journey began with a shared vision to build a company that could meet the ever-changing technology needs of leaders in a variety of industries. Founded by Anand Choudha, Nilesh Jadhav, and Sarfaraz Kazi in 2017, the company focused on leveraging their expertise and passion to stay at the forefront of technology to equip and empower organizations around the world to stay adaptive in a growing world.

An all-out entrepreneur, Anand is passionate about seeking new challenges and addressing them with innovative strategies. His key forte lies in developing a business to its maximum potential by having a clear vision of the future.

Possessing a natural and transformational leadership style, Anand is an industry veteran in the areas of IT and has acquired powerful business acumen skills over the years.

Nilesh has been in senior leadership roles with over 18 years of experience in building teams and operations for successful IT companies. He has a broad experience in IT solutions, sales, consulting, onsite-offshore operations, and building delivery models for the company. Apart from his technology experience in India, he carries over 12 years of experience working with IT giants in the Silicon Valley, USA.

He has been building successful teams with a heavy focus on customer-centricity. Heading operations for the US and India, Nilesh has the onus of creating a successful growth platform to achieve the vision set for Amiseq. Highly passionate, goal-oriented, team player, rolling up the sleeves and leading-from-the-front is his leadership style.

Sarfaraz has over 17 years of experience in various roles from leadership to mid-management in the technical domain with an astute understanding of enterprise infrastructure business.

In addition to strong analytical and conceptual knowledge, Sarfaraz has a functional understanding of business management, technology and customer business. In his previous role, he held the position of CEO of a systems integrator covering the southern region of Africa, across three countries, dealing with infrastructure solutions.

Our Strategic Advisors

Shirish most recently served as Chief Business Officer at Xoriant, where he managed the Hi-Tech and ISV verticals as well as the professional services business. Since then, he has been advising leadership teams across companies on:

– Strategic Growth Advisory: -M&A due diligence, market entry, and business scaling.

– Operational Consulting: Digital transformation, GTM design, pricing models, organizational restructuring, and process excellence.

– Interim Leadership: Business buildouts and turnarounds, sales transformation, global delivery setup, and cross-functional leadership.

Outside of his professional life, Shirish keeps up with the business world, experiments with the synthesizer, and enjoys spirited (and often losing) debates with his wife and daughter.

Ram is a seasoned technology executive, product innovator, and growth strategist with over 25 years of global leadership experience spanning IT services, enterprise software, outsourcing, and business transformation. He has built and scaled businesses across the US, Canada, UK, Middle East, and India, with deep domain expertise in Financial Services, Insurance, Pharma, and Consulting

He has also developed and licensed enterprise software products, including ERP–bank integration solutions and ML/NLP-based document automation platforms with handwriting recognitio, solutions adopted by Fortune 500 firms in financial and pharmaceutical sectors.

Outside of work, Ram is a passionate cook and food enthusiast who enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter..
